Managing the website content team, and the product ownership tasks. Leading on the strategic direction of the GOSH charity's website, whilst embedding and championing UX research & design, SEO and the work of the development and content teams.
I work closely with stakeholders and developers in an agile team, leading on data-led human centred design and developing UX maturity across the organisation.
Given our small team, I also take on QA work and the Business Analysis tasks assessing and scoping our website projects, defining MVPs and acceptance criteria, as well as optimising current practice.
Completed extensive end-to-end UX training course at CareerFoundry, gaining experience and building a portfolio of UX deliverables and UI assets.
Sabbatical to accompany partner on 2 year posting to Singapore. Taught English, making syllabus accessible for a range of ages and abilities; ran Special Educational Needs awareness training for teachers.
